I am twenty years old and I am a junior in Southern Utah University majoring in Elementary Education with emphasis on ESL. My ethnicity is Hawaiian. My name means "calmness of the heavens." I was recently married in November of 2010. I am the oldest of three children with amazing parents in St. George and Cedar City, Utah. I have the greatest family on earth!

I am 23 years old and a senior at SUU. Like Nealani, I am majoring in Elementary Education with my endorsement in ESL. I am doing the summer block and then will do my student teaching at East Elementary here in Cedar in the fall. I have been married for almost four years and love the life and career I have chosen.
Micah: Developing an Intercultural Orientation in Schools, Classrooms, and Communities I am 24 years old and will be a junior after this semester at SUU. I am majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish. I joined the National Guard my senior year in high school, and am enjoying that. I am married with a daughter and another child that will arrive in November. Although I'm not planning on being a teacher, I do love teaching and that is why I am taking two ESL classes as electives, it is something I have definitely enjoyed.
